We want you to love your FADED purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle exchanges and returns.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges accepted within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Size or product exchange available, subject to stock availability
- Customer bears the return shipping cost (unless item is defective)
Return Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue
How to Request an Exchange/Return
- Contact us at WhatsApp (0307 8393313) with your order number
- Share reason + photos (if damaged/defective)
- Once approved, ship the item back to us
- Exchange will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the item
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale/discounted items
- Items without original tags
- Used or washed products
Note
- Since stonewash finishes are unique to each piece, slight variation in color/wash is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.
- Slight color fading during the first wash is normal and expected — it's a natural part of the stonewash/washing process, not a defect. Therefore, no return or exchange will be applicable for color fading after the first wash.
