Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your FADED purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle exchanges and returns.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges accepted within 3 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Size or product exchange available, subject to stock availability
  • Customer bears the return shipping cost (unless item is defective)

Return Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds
  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue

How to Request an Exchange/Return

  1. Contact us at WhatsApp (0307 8393313) with your order number
  2. Share reason + photos (if damaged/defective)
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us
  4. Exchange will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the item

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Items without original tags
  • Used or washed products

Note

  • Since stonewash finishes are unique to each piece, slight variation in color/wash is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.

  • Slight color fading during the first wash is normal and expected — it's a natural part of the stonewash/washing process, not a defect. Therefore, no return or exchange will be applicable for color fading after the first wash.
